I’m quite upset with the construction quality. My complains to the office few times but their reply was “many house also encounter the same issue, we can’t do anything”. What!!?? never mind, I wish to solve the issue and suggest to cover by roof which paid by myself but management reject due to policy. The water dripping from roof seriously damage my plaster ceiling and my timber flooring. Who’s going to responsible that? Do you expect we wake up to check water dripping even midnight whenever there is heavy rain?? Such a high cost property with deliver such a worst quality to us. Yesterday such a heavy rain at midnight, water dripping happenned again and ruin my timber flooring and ceiling. We even wake up and place several pails to avoid continuos damage to flooring. I can’t believe this happen to new property which I moved in just less than 6 month!!!!!
