Though Hunza Properties was established only a little more than a decade ago, the firm had been benefitted from the experience from Dato’ Khor Teng Tong and his 30-years of experience in property development. Within two years in year 2000, Hunza had successfully listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as Hunza Properties Berhad (HPB).

Since April 27, 1998, Hunza, whose name is derived from the Hunza Valley in the rugged Karakoram Mountains of northern Pakistan, has established itself as a reputable developer in Northern Peninsula Malaysia on low to upper cost high rise residential units, gated communities and townships, commercial lots and etc with a combined count of approximately 10,000 units.
